Reset a password

ALL 2MOON users need to reset their passwords due to important changes on the website

  1. Go to https://www.2moon.ai/

  2. Click Login image-20250418-010403.png

  3. Click Forgot Password at the bottom

  1. Enter your email

  2. You will receive an email from 2MOON.AI, click Reset your password

  1. Create a new password and save it

  2. Sign in with your new password
