Description

Example

ADX Entry

The Average Directional Index (ADX) is used to measure the strength of a trend in a financial market.

In 2MOON Indicator it’s called ADX

Here's how it works:

  • ADX values range from 0 to 100. A value above 25 typically indicates a strong trend, while a value below 20 suggests a weak or non-existent trend.

  • It helps traders identify whether the market is trending or moving sideways.

  • The ADX line itself only shows the trend's strength, not its direction.

ADX Entry cross

The ADX Cross Indicator is a variation of the traditional Average Directional Index (ADX) that focuses on identifying potential trend reversals

Here’s how it works:

  • A bullish signal occurs when the +DI crosses above the -DI, indicating that upward momentum may be increasing.

  • A bearish signal occurs when the -DI crosses above the +DI, suggesting that downward momentum may be gaining strength.

ADX Entry Value

ADX values range from 0 to 100. The higher the value, the stronger the trend.

  • 0-20: Indicates a weak or non-existent trend (sideways or ranging market).

  • 20-25: Suggests a potential emerging trend.

  • 25-50: Indicates a strong trend.

  • 50-100: Shows an extremely strong trend, though values above 50 are rare.

ATR

ATR Trail

ATR Reverse

The Average True Range (ATR) Value Indicator measures market volatility.

Here’s how it works:

True Range (TR) is calculated as the greatest of the following three values:

  • The difference between the current high and low.

  • The absolute difference between the current high and the previous close.

  • The absolute difference between the current low and the previous close.

EWO

The Elliott Wave Oscillator (EWO) Value Indicator is used to help traders identify the direction of a trend and potential turning points by measuring the difference between two moving averages

EWO + WT OB/OS

GD

The Golden Digger Value Indicator is a tool used to help traders identify potential price reversals by analyzing supply and demand dynamics.

It typically works by plotting a line that shows whether demand exceeds supply (when the price is above the line) or if supply is greater than demand (when the price is below the line). This makes it easier to spot potential turning points in the market.

MACD

The MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence) is used to identify changes in momentum, direction, and strength of a trend

Components:

  • MACD Line: The difference between the 12-period Exponential Moving Average (EMA) and the 26-period EMA.

  • Signal Line: A 9-period EMA of the MACD line, used to generate buy and sell signals.

  • Histogram: Represents the difference between the MACD line and the signal line. It helps visualize the convergence or divergence of the two lines.

How It Works:

  • When the MACD line crosses above the signal line, it indicates a bullish signal, suggesting upward momentum.

  • When the MACD line crosses below the signal line, it indicates a bearish signal, suggesting downward momentum.

  • The histogram bars grow as the MACD and signal line diverge, signaling increasing momentum in the trend. When the bars shrink, it shows the trend is weakening.

MA Cross

The Moving Average (MA) Cross Indicator is used to identify trend changes by analyzing the crossovers between two moving averages of different periods.

Here’s how it works:

  • Short-term moving average (e.g., 50-period) and long-term moving average (e.g., 200-period) are plotted on a price chart.

  • A bullish crossover occurs when the short-term moving average crosses above the long-term moving average, indicating potential upward momentum or a buying signal.

  • A bearish crossover occurs when the short-term moving average crosses below the long-term moving average, signaling potential downward momentum or a selling signal

v

PSAR

The PSAR Indicator (Parabolic Stop and Reverse) helps traders spot potential trend reversals. It works by placing dots above or below price bars:

  • Bullish signal: When price crosses above the PSAR dots, indicating an upward trend.

  • Bearish signal: When price crosses below the PSAR dots, suggesting a downward trend.

It’s a quick and visual way to identify momentum shifts and potential entry/exit points

Supertrend

The Supertrend Indicator is a simple and effective trend-following tool. It works by overlaying a line on the price chart:

  • Above the price indicates a downtrend.

  • Below the price signals an uptrend.

It adjusts dynamically with price movement and helps traders spot trends and potential reversals quickly, making it great for setting stop-loss levels.

Squeeze Momentum

The Squeeze Momentum Indicator helps spot potential breakouts by detecting when the market is "squeezing" (low volatility) and about to release into a strong move. It uses green and red bars:

  • Green bars signal upward momentum (buy).

  • Red bars signal downward momentum (sell)
